Take Five Minutes to Step Outside…

..and look up to see the lunar eclipse! (Or whatever natural phenomenon are surrounding you as you read this).

I had spent most of tonight hunched over the computer working, relishing being indoors and warm (if you’re living in a cold, snowy place, you may know what it’s like to be so over winter.)

But then Shai suggested we take a quick trip outside to see the eclipse. So we bundled up in our scarves/hats/coats and stood on the sidewalk looking up. It was awesome. It only took five minutes, but it brought me a gasp of awareness of the something larger, of which we are all a part.

And wasn’t it cool that we were all outside looking up at the moon at the same time, all over this country? It was really awesome here too, Shelby. Not as cold as where you are, but very cool!

Hi Ms. Kitty, I hadn’t thought of it that way — that is cool!
