While I don’t write often about politics here at Looking for Faith, the intersection of religion and politics in American life interests me very much. I encourage any of you who share that interest to consider reading and writing at Street Prophets. It’s a progressive online community of people from many religions, as well as people with no religious affiliation. The dialogue is respectful, intelligent, and often spiritually-nourishing.

    I keep forgetting to say that I love Dar Williams, so lest I forget to comment on my blog, or send you an email: Shelby, I love Dar Williams, but apparently I don’t own that album with February times on it.
