Thank you God!! I stepped outside today and gasped to find it was gorgeous. There was sun, warmth and the whisper that spring is only weeks away. And when I saw the hints of pink on the rose bushes near our house, I was reminded of fellow New Englander Dan Harper’s recent post, “Spring Watch.”

Snow day today in New Mexico, with the kids home and currently out sledding. Probably the last one of the year, but who knows.

Oh no! I thought New England had the dubious honor of the longest winters EVER. I’m sending you all warm thoughts, and please do the same when it starts snowing here again (which it inevitably will do before spring starts for real).
