		<description>Shelby This is a great point, and one of the first lessons I learned as a "baby nurse", as I am a complete "Ms. Fix-it"; sometimes you just can't fix something, no matter what; sometimes all you can "do" is support, listen, and let GO(D); this is always the most heartbreaking lesson for some families to "learn". 
You always give me something to ponder...</description>
