Bio of Female Theologian, Reflection on the First Source
Category: Unitarian Universalism - General
Two Unitarian Universalist blog posts that I enjoyed reading today…
1. Rev. James Ford on Monkey Mind writes about Teresa of Avila, and her contribution to the idea of “Via Negativa.” Ford describes “Via Negativa” as a theological approach with the potential to bridge Christianity and Buddhism.
2. Rev. Matt Tittle on Keep the Faith shares his thoughts on “Experiencing God.” This post is the first in a series on the six sources of the Unitarian Universalist Association. While the seven principles describe values upheld by UU congregations, the six sources describe the different theological traditions that influence Unitarian Universalism.
